We seek franchise owners who understand the health and wellness lifestyle. Prospective franchisees may be involved in massage therapy, licensed estheticians, or those in other medical fields, but any qualified candidate with a strong business management background will be considered. Franchise owners need to be personable, highly motivated and open to following the Revival Float Spa franchise system.
The Revival Float Spa team will work closely with you as you prepare to open your franchise, through your grand opening and onward. Initially, we provide site selection guidance and build-out/equipment/décor support, as well as up to five days of training and assistance in planning and ordering initial inventories from selected suppliers. We’ll also provide a minimum of three days of onsite training around the time of your health spa franchise opening. Franchise owners will benefit from plug and play software, onsite training, and a confidential operations manual which details important operational procedures including reporting, equipment maintenance, marketing, and of course, having a positive impact on your community.
The total initial investment necessary to begin operations ranges from $384,095 to $570,079 for a single location. This includes a $40,000 initial franchise fee. As with any new venture, it’s important to have adequate capital to fund the initial business growth stages.
We do not provide direct financing to franchisees, but we may refer to financing sources on a case by case basis.
We charge a royalty fee of 8% of gross revenue up to $1 million annually. The royalty then reduces to 6% on annual revenue in excess of $1 million. These fees allow us to fund our ongoing support services and the continued development of product and supply channels, marketing tools, training programs, and systems upgrades.
Franchisees must spend a minimum of 7% of gross revenue on the combination of local advertising and system marketing and advertising. Revenues contributed to the system marketing fund are used to develop marketing materials and strategies that promote the brand across all territories for maximized awareness.
